Everything you need to know
Is GST included in the listed price?
No. All plan prices shown are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be applied at checkout. For example, the Growth plan at ₹8,999 will be billed as ₹8,999 + ₹1,619.82 GST = ₹10,619 total.
What counts as one 'tender filing'?
Each tender you select from the dashboard and request filing for consumes one bid from your plan. Discovery, tracking and document uploads do not consume a bid — only the final filing action does.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. The remaining bids on your current plan carry forward and the new plan's validity starts fresh from the upgrade date.
What happens when I run out of bids?
Once all bids are consumed, you can purchase a top-up pack or upgrade to a higher plan to continue filing. New tenders you discover are still tracked in your dashboard.
Do unused bids roll over?
Unused bids expire at the end of your plan's validity period (90/120/180/365 days). They do not automatically roll over, but you can upgrade before expiry to preserve momentum.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free account where you can explore the dashboard and discover matched tenders. To select a tender for filing you need an active plan — the Starter plan at ₹4,999 is designed for first-time users.
What portals do you file on?
We support GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), State Tender portals across India, Railway (IREPS), and Defence procurement portals.
How do I get a GST-compliant invoice?
A GST invoice is generated automatically after every successful payment and is available for download from your Billing section. Your GSTIN is picked from your registered company profile.
